In 4/10 I purchased a custom made door from Ignite Fireside. installation began in the summer. The installation was botched as mortar fell out long before I even had a fire. Ignite reps came out several times and finally concluded the mortar was either an inferior batch or improperly mixed. They ended up tearing out the entire door and started over.
