I visited Firenza showroom the week of July 15, 2012...the week following their Grand Opening. I was VERY impressed and even more impressed when Jon Fimiani came to my home to measure for new countertops. Jon said he and his brothers are the 4th generation of an Italian family of stone workers. After a couple weeks of having not heard from them with a quote for the job, I called Debbie at their store to make sure they had my correct email address. They did. She said I should have gotten the quote within 24 - 48 hours. She said she would make sure Jon got my message. Another week went...
