After an appointment nearby, we went to Firehouse Subs for a late lunch. I had the a small drink and a Firehouse Hero Sub which included roast beef, turkey, ham, lettuce, tomato and mayo placed in a sub roll. Terrible service and the place had dirty tables

We went there for lunch today and there were two people in line and we waited to order for 15 minutes and then it took 15 more minutes to make two small subs, this is not acceptable. How about dedicating someone to wipe the tables...down after someone leaves, there should always be someone in the dinning area. Sounds like this place could use a new manager.
