Help us make it rightDr Biviji is great, his staff on the other hand is not. I spent 3 hrs trying to get through to make a appt. Each time I was either disconnected after waiting or repetitively forced on hold without getting a word in. I was happy with surgery results in 2014, but frustrated with staff. After this as a reminder. I'll have to try somewhere else.
