I absolutely love this studio, largely Body Rok gets all the little things right. The spin classes are down the stairs in a room with brick walls. Every bike starts with a white towel and before class they turn on a glow light, so all the towels glow! It always pumps me up. I also love the music, the motivating instructors, …

Yay!! Another favorite studio near my new flat. The space is large, clean, lockers, water and towel-which you will need. I took the sculpt full body class; if you're looking for a rock hard body, this is the class to take. The sculpt classes are wicked tough (ugh.. planks!) but the instructors and staff are all great, and you WILL get stronger. Go here for a great workout!
