I, too am shocked by the reviews of Dr. Fili. I moved to the Keys from Arkansas and was seeing a general practice doctor here in the Keys. It was shocking to see DR Fili's reviews so I had to write my own. Let me first say that I am a professor and from the behavior of my students I know that typically only upset 'customers' resort to public sites. The happy ones have no issues and they do not bother.
