I went there and it wasn't busy. There were 5 people at the bar mind you. I sat at the bar and was ignored for 20 minutes before walking out. The bartender would look at me and walk away even though I had my id and wallet on the bar. He was busy trying to mack on some uptown wannabe. We had never dined at Figlio before and were genuinely impressed. The host(s) were extremely friendly. We were even 20 minutes late due to traffic, but they still got us right to a table. Our waitress, Brittany, was very helpful in explaining the menu, etc. She checked back frequently to see if we needed anything. We even asked to be moved to another table, and she was very accommodating.... more

Fun restaurant. the calamari is great and the service is terrific a little on the expensive side but for the service, food, and atmosphere it's actually cheaper than you would expect
