Sounds like an amazing apartment. After living here for a year i found it to not be. List of problems: managment sucks, you will wait on them for a while to get back to you. Maintanence takes their time, after 2 mo of living on the 5th floor with no elevator you will learn to dislike them. You live near SDSU, a party school, always noise in the middle of the night. Living at 5025 my first year of moving there had its ups and its downs. It is a perfect place if you are new to the san diego area and are trying to meet new people especially as a new college student to san diego! Shuttles to 3 colleges in the area also makes it a lot easier to get to school! Overall it was a great first choice to get on my feet being new to SD!
