Even though the price was decent the community in general was rough. The parking was awful and the noise from cars driving through late at night would vibrate the windows of the apartment. Maintence requests were never taken care of promptly. Young children roamed free. Police visits were often usually due to domestic spats. I would not recommend living here.
Especially if you have children or allergies, DO NOT MOVE HERE! We have a mold problem that they tried to "treat" by spraying with moldex and spraypaint. Please see their horrible reviews due to...
DON'T MOVE IN HERE!!! Many apartments have had issues with mold, and the management refuses to take it seriously or to do anything about it. They will try to cover up the problem and tell you that you must just be sensitive to mold - which is ridiculous because even people without mold allergies have reactions after prolonged exposure to mold.
Our heat went out in our apartment and noone responded for two days. It went out on a Friday. Monday someone finaly fixed the problem. They are suppose to have emergency maintenance service. Yeah right. Our lease is up in 45 days. We gave notice and are moving far away from this place.
