Great Same day Service!! Excellent Staff

Great service!! I Purchased a copier machine from this shop. They gave me a free 1 week trial before i purchased it to test it out. the employees are very experienced, friendly and knowledgeable! they have been in business for over 20 years now. They sell you a machine based on your needs, from paper capacity, space in your office, the options on the machine, and most importantly the price range. I purchased the copier, and I am financing it, interest free. They gave me a free 90 day warranty. This company specializes in Sharp Copiers, but they service Printers, Faxes, and copiers of all brands, and carry any toner or ink cartridge you need. I would recommend this company to any one, from a home office, or to a law office and medical clinic.

Absolutely wonderful staff. Fidel the owner is so honest and on time. Wouldn't go to any other copier place. They are always there on time when my copier needs maintenance. Very professional!

I was looking for a new copier when someone recommended me Fidelity Copier. Went to there office, and the staff helped me choose the best one, they have a great show room, and let you test out all the machines. I will recommend Fidelity Copier to everyone who needs a fax, color copiers or printer.

Great service, and experienced Staff. This company has the nicest and experienced staff! I rent a copier machine from them, and the service is great! If my machine goes down, they come the same day I call, and they also perform preventive service on my copier. The set up and delivery was all free. They sent an IT professional to come in and network all our computers to print and scan to and from the machine. He installed all the necessary scan software on our computers.
