I am amazed that this is a functioning business. I called for an appointment and was told that they would need to call me back, as their computer system was down. Completely understandable, however I was never contacted.

Called back the next day, thinking I would give them another shot, knowing how overwhelming it can be around the holidays, especially if dealing with system problems....
