This is definitely a more business-oriented spot. The wine bar is always insanely busy, often standing room only. My only complaint is that it's hard to get a seat. Pricing is average and selection is ample. The shop has a world focus. They have a lot of big name and 'tourist' wine like Silver Oak, etc. Shop pricing is mostly competitive.

The Ferry Plaza is a historical building that is turned into a world market. In this plaza is The Ferry Wine Merchant. They have wonderful collection of wine. The selection is endless. The price vary from reasonable (not cheap) to expensive. They also ship your wine any where in the USA.

The ferry plaza wine merchant is a great place located in a nice building with other stores as well. You can taste wine and they carry wines that aere cheap and wines that are expensive. Great customer service

It's worth the drive to see this wonderful historic building. This store has all the wine locally and imported wine. They have everything from less expensive to vaulted cellar type of wine. You can taste just about any wine they have and customer service is soooooo good.
