It should be a zero. Ferrelwoods Mobile Home Park is a scam!!! Trailers are rotten. Maintenance is too busy getting drunk or getting high. They make your problem worse anyway. You complain to the city or management, they TRY to evict you. Saddleback Communities is not legally associated with them. Making your lease null and void. Midwest Mobile Homes always loses in court. Judges...
