The landlord at Fernwood apartments is extremely unprofessional. She openly talks about renters with other residents, disclosing personal information, talking negatively about them, and just generally gossiping. It is very childish and makes for an unpleasant living experience.

I had several issues when living there. My shower faucet was "fixed" multiple times, yet would continue to leak...
