First impressions are everything. Handshake was FIRM, great eye contact, so far quite pleased. Dr. R was thorough, he didn't rush the visit, he explained things adequately ( this was a follow up to discuss PFT), and gave me samples (always appreciated). I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a pulmonary specialist.
Have been going to this practice for years, went in for a cleaning and the hygeinst never polished or flossed my teeth. I called back to see if practices have changed, they had not. Spoke with the hygienist and she claimed I was lying, saying the polish was open and there was no way she could have forgotten. Very upset I did not recieve a full cleaning
Dr. Oberhand and his staff are awesome. He is great! efficient and compassionate. The hygienists in the office are amazing too. Had a great experience for myself and my children. This is the first dentist office that my kids went to that they didn't freak out.
