I made my appointment to have my Labrador bathed. They had me bring him in at 8:30 AM, said he would be ready at 2. He wasn't ready until 3:30. Diane, the owner has been in business for years and she keeps her customer base small enough that she can personally groom every animal. Opposite from the larger pet centers she know you and she knows your dog's likes and dislikes.
