Poor service, cancelled, can't get refund. Called 4 times & get excuses..she's not working here any more, I'll look into it & get back to you. It's been going on since 6/11 and today (8/3) I'll try once more to get a credit. Just though you'd like to know in case you were considering them for service....DON'T!!!!!

I am suppose to have my trash picked up on Thursday. It's Monday and it's still out by the road! I called, thursday, Friday, and saturday, and all I got were promises promises for my pick up. I'm dropping these people, do your job, that's what you get paid for. Don't promise a service, get paid for it , and then don't do it!!! Stay away people!!!!

Odd that a trash removal company won't remove trash. Three calls to the company - three times told it would be picked up - and still the trash sits along the roadside, and this is far from the first time this has happened. Hire these people if you like garbage sitting in front of your home.

Service is the worst my trash night is Thursdays, I put my cans out at 10:00 pm on Wedensday and it sits on the street until about 7:30 pm on Thursdays. The Memorial week service was delayed by a day ok I understand. Well its Sunday now 5/31/15 and my TRASH still sits by the road. Every time I call to complain I get the same BS running behind, or problems the the trucks. I pay my BILL on time...
