This Fedex center deserves zero stars. I've given them several chances over the past few years and each time the staff is incredibly rude to me. Treatment like that isnt tolerated unless the management doesnt care about how customers are treated. I only go here when I have to, like when a package was shipped here and there was no other shipping option. They are super rude for no good reason.

I went to pick up a package that was supposed to be at fedex at 6pm. I arrived at 6:30. They can't find my package. A half hour goes by. Nothing not even an apology. Around 7:15 I learn the driver isn't back yet that's why my package is not there. Why it took them 45 minutes to figure this out is beyond me. …

I signed up for a Yelp account just so I could warn people about this FedEx. It's flat out the most disorganized establishment I've witnessed. I never thought I would say this, but it you live in the Bay Area, ship USPS. Otherwise good luck getting your package.

If you want to feel like an invisible person come to this FedEx ship center. Came to pick up some items, as a regular so it's not like this is a first time observation. I'm standing here, if I speak up afraid they will remember me and give me even a horrible service next time. So this the best way to vent. First yelp in my life I'm about yelp everything.
