Their terrible fax machines take 15+minutes to receive fax pages. When I finally received the fax, the machine folded the paper while it was printing, so I had to have the fax re-sent and wait an additional 20 minutes. Ridiculous.

They were incredibly helpful as we printed last minute wedding ceremony programs and seat assignment posters. Free wifi and work stations if you have a laptop. Service is always fast and the workers are friendly. I've never had a problem and I use them for all of my shipping.
