This place deserves NO STARS. First of all... they took my package home twice at the same time on different days(tuesday & wednesday). The delivery person has no brains. Please think! Im not there...

Horrible! The location isn't even right on here and takes you blocks away. Calling customer service doesn't help because they don't know anything about anything and you can't call anyone else...

They suck!! They can't even deliver on time!! You pay for service and they can't even do that right which is disgusting! I hate this fed ex and they all should be fired!!

They do not ring, they do not leave missed package slips which can only mean they DO NOT DELIVER PACKAGES. They are awful and this is unacceptable. Worst service and company ever.

Our regular Fedex delivery guys are wonderful and they know the building. They will leave your packages outside your apartment door because they know the building is safe and we all prefer that....
