Doug provided excellent, courteous customer service. He packaged and labeled the items we needed to ship and found the closest FedEx office at destination to hold these items for pick-up. Doug also assured us of the 2-day arrival by ground shipping and gave us a tracking number. Grateful he took the stress out of sending an important package.

I think the name of the gentleman that helped me was Doug Miller. He was very helpfful and remembered me from a prior visit a week earlier. My order was a rush job that he handled to perfection! I appreciated the detail given to my order as he made sure the watermarks faced the same direction while he loaded the copier. Houston helped me today, and thank God! Spent 25 minutes at the USPS beforehand. Was given the runaround, told I needed a different address, then needed new packaging and the finally they wouldn't ship it until tomorrow! Went straight to FedEx and was helped out in no time and for under half the $ I was going to be charged by USPS. I will never go anywhere else again for my shipping needs!...

The use of computer stations to fill out the shipping (shipper & ship to) information, instead of filling out a piece of paper would make the transaction quicker and take less of the associates time.
