Terrible customer service- the woman I had helping was rude, and not willing to even try to help me with my request. I will make sure to never visit this location ever again.

Had a terrible experience with trying to generate an airway bill number for a post dated shipment. As hard as the embassy makes to receive my passport back this FedEx employee who was there just shrugged her shoulders when I asked for her help. Its something everyone does apparently - to receive …
