The employee really helped us bring out the proper image quality of our designs and made sure that everything was printed exactly the way we wanted it. He was very friendly and made the process of printing our images easier while ensuring that each aspect of the printing was how we wanted it to look and be color and quality wise.
My project consisted of making a poster out of an 8 1/2 x 11 image on plain paper. The end result was just what I wanted. I will definitely go back to FedEx Office to have these sorts of needs met. The customer service was great. The team member who waited on me was knowledgeable, very efficient and very patient with my questions. The print quality was good. The price was right.
Raquel was pretty hateful and when I expressed I was satisfied with the printing of a poster she was rude and didn't offer to assist in making it better. She was short, sarcastic and had awful communication when I was speaking with her. I apologized if I was causing an issue, but told her there was absolutely no reason to talk to me like she was.
