Was a last minute project I needed to finish. No other stores were open, called the store to see if they could help me. Robert wes very gracious. Had to make 5 books for a presentation the next day which meant leaving for San Jose at 5am. When I got the store he knew exactly what I needed and had everything printed and binding wi5hin 10 minutes. Will definitely be back for business.

Robert was the employee that assisted me and he was very willing to solve problems it was cheerful and he made me feel welcome and that there was no problem in what I was requesting I needed some photographs to be printed out on the oversized printer and there were some problems getting my file to his computer but it got worked out thanks to Robert.

I actually went to your store because I needed to scan some items because my I was having problems with my home scanner. I was helped by Albaro A., and he scanned my items and saved them for me on a flash drive, which I purchased in a pack of 3. He showed me how to locate the flash drive on the computer once it was connected, so that I would be able to retrieve my documents once I got home. He...

Noticed I needed to make some changes to a business card. Couldn't come in until really late into the day but Robert was really good about it. Went to the computers and he was able to cut them all out very quickly. Pretty sure I was the last one in the store. I'm so glad they have him and Al to who helped me out the day before.

Rebecca M. was the employee who helped me with some printing and enlarging of a map and related forms. Rebecca/Becky was incredibly helpful and suggested a "work around" to solve my issues. She greeted me with a smile and showed great patience while I thought out loud trying to decide what I wanted next. She thanked me for my business and told me to come back for the next project!
