Taylor helped me ship a package and his customer service was phenomenal. He greeted me with a smile, he was polite, patient and very knowledgeable. Rudy and Kala were also in the store and provided a friendly atmosphere making this an overall great experience in FedEx Office. I will definitely be coming back to this FedEx location and will recommend these services to others.

Zack was working on the Print Counter. I had made a goof at the Print & Go station. When I took my problem to him and he understood, he responded with a summary to show that he understood, and he offered a solution to my job. Rudy is a phenomenal person. I only go to this store because everyone who works here is super competent. If they are having trouble, I've seen the teamwork I progress to make the work happen. Company headquarters were moved to Memphis, Tenn., a city selected for its geographical center to the original target market cities for small packages. In addition, the Memphis weather was excellent and rarely caused closures at Memphis International Airport. The airport was also willing to make the necessary improvements for the operation and had additional hangar space readily available.
