I came in Friday night to place my order for two 22x28 mounted and laminated banners for a church event on Sunday. I was told to come saturday at 4pm for pick-up. I love this location. I've been going there for years. Many of the staff know me and the treat me well. On the rare occasion there have been problems, they ALWAYS make it right. This time, when making my banner, Rachael was most helpful in making sure my banner looked how I wanted. However, I do miss the "open til midnight, 10pm on Saturdays" option. I always enjoy using this location as the staff is friendly and knowlagable. They always steer me in the right direction, make helpful suggestions. upon picking up my order (for a printed Poster) I was asked if I wanted to keep the mailing tube at $4.49. I responded, "No thanks."
