Staff understands my orders as I do it regularly. I tried to take the phone survey and was hung up on b/c I could not find the store # on the receipt. I do not see one listed. so adding the store # to the receipt will allow one to complete the survey.

The team member was very polite and nice. She greeted me when I walked in while she was with a customer. She told me she would be with me shortly. Although she was the only one working she still made the effort to tell me and the other customers in line that she would help us as soon as she could.

Mackenzie was very helpful . She showed us what was needed to print out our poster and she explained the different options for printing our poster (glassy surface vs matte surface) . She also clearly explained the pros and cons for each option. She was also very friendly and easy to talk with. I really commend her for her service and she really made our visit to the fedex office enjoyable.
