I went there yesterday to ship a cleansing sponge to Michigan. The clerks were first day to work, and didn't even know how to do their jobs. And after a long long wait, they told me the lowest rate for a 10 gram sponge to Michigan is 19 dollars. WTF???? I said forget it, I'll ship it somewhere else and they wanted to charged me for the envelop.
