Karen assisted us with printing birthday invitations for my grandbaby's 2nd birthday. Karen was very professional and knowledgeable. It appeared that Karen was working alone and several customers came in. She greeted everyone with a smile and kept things moving along in a timely manner. Sorry, that I did not get the name of the associate who helped me, but she was great! The process was very seamless (and I really needed it to be, after the day I had). She was very courteous and patient with me. Her demeanor was helpful and she delivered service with a "smile".
