Kiefer made sure I was taken care of. His service is unmatched and he cared that I got exactly what I wanted out of my order. I made a mistake on the order of files to be printed and he had to start over and was extremely patient about it. I'll definitely be back for my printing needs thanks to my man Keifer.
A very pleasant associate named Bree helped me with my posting. She was helpful and friendly, noticing that I needed help. She engaged me and explained how I could track my delivery through the entire route.
Bree had great customer service and was engaging. She welcomed me to the store, made sure I knew my options. Was detail oriented and made sure everything was accurate.
I've come into this store on four occasions, with the same type of copy order. The first time it was great. But it has gone downhill since. The people helping me give me the impression my request is so hard, and they aren't cheerful about it at all. I certainly don't feel like a valued customer.
