Thought the Rep (Robbie) was very professional and helpful. Informed us of the cost prior to providing the service. Initial contact was friendly and maintained this trait throughout the service time. At the end of the exchange invited us back to return to the store.

I always like dealing with Robbie at this FedEx location. He has awesome customer service skills and gets it done right. I love this FedEx store and always go there because the other staff give me great customer service as well. I love the customer service at this FedEx location. I love FedEx because they always get my package where it needs to be. Robbie is the best one there in my opinion...
