Very helpful and quick service in giving me the best price for FedEx for a letter where I just needed tracking and did not want to pay extra for quick delivery. The store is not easily seen from the road, it is behind Chili's on the northeast corner of Congress and Gateway. This is a large store. They have a lot of other services here such as copying, printing, WIFI and boxing.

As a graphic designer, this is by far the best and closest "big box shop" I go to get my designs printed up without having to do mass printing of 1K+ only as many local independent printers require. *le sigh*(I would much rather support local independents, but their requirements prevent me from doing so). …

I was shipping boxes and paintings for a friend who could not come to Florida to empty her home, prior to selling the house.Linda was wonderful! She was helpful, patient and she went out of her way to draw a map to find a business that ships larger than 44 inch packages.

I read a couple of reviews about this biz and they were not good, however since they are close by I chose to go there. Let me tell you what a mistake that was! As mentioned on other reviews, customer service is as bad as it gets. No help…
