Should have checked YELP and other reviews before booking Feder's! So many bad reviews...now I know why!!
They have THE WORST customer service ever! I can't believe they are still in business. I think most of their business comes from the home warranty policies which don't give you a choice of repair companies.

The technician was friendly, extremely helpful and very professional.Further, they worked quickly, the heating system works wonderfully, and they used quality materials. After he was done he cleaned up his mess, summarized the repair, and gave me an itemized receipt.I would work with them again in a heartbeat.This guys are ROCK.Thank you
