I have had issues with my sciatic nerve for quite some time, from mountain biking. When I came across Marty at the Federal Hill Wellness Center, I was interested in the sports massage that they provided.
One session with Marty made a big difference in my pain. The massage, paired with my own personal exercise and doctor recommendations, is helping alot.
