Food was adequate....staff not very friendly

This is below par for a Fazoli's. the staff was not very friendly, the food was undercooked, and the service slow. The drinks were not mixed properly. Streets around the restaurant were in poor condition. My suggestion...........look elsewhere.

Food was excellent, bread was wonderful. the tea not the best but ok. would go again. did not have dessert. Cookies looked good.

Got two happy meals one pepperoni pizza one cheese pizza from here a few hours later my daughter fell ill and started throwing up.She ate the pepperoni pizza meal.
I did not let my other daughter eat the cheese pizza meal. I have called and complained about this and all they offered was a free coupon for another happy meal....

Went on a Saturday afternoon. There were three other people there besides me and my wife and kids. Service was good and friendly. Food was less than average. I felt like I could easily make something at home way better. I had a sampler with lasagna, spaghetti, and alfredo. Kids had pizza that was okay and the wife had ravioli...
