Ok, if you want an inexpensive, fast food-type Italian experience, Fazoli's is pretty good. The staff is always friendly, and willing to adjust a dish if they can for your needs. The problem is, this IS a fast food joint. That means most of the foods are pre-prepared and then reheated and combined for you when you order.
