All Talk & No Action

Fazer Construction is quick to come view the work but then is all talk and no action. Advised that estimate will be ready within a few days but when 1 week past with no notice from them, I left several messages. Not one return call after 1 additional week. Very unprofessional. Puts down other contractors and gloats about own work. Looks like all talk and no action to me.

Outstanding work!

I used Fazer Construction for a bathroom renovation as well as re-doing the roof line of my home. I also added a covered porch, deck and a small addition at the back of my garage. I am so proud of the way my home looks and the work that was done. Kevin was extremely easy to work with, courteous, honest and his crew cleans up every night. He meets his deadlines and passes inspections with ease. I would highly recommend Fazer to anyone doing any type of construction.

Great Job - flexible and east to work

I live in River Edge, NJ and we did an addition to our house this year (early 2011) with Fazer. Kevin is a very friendly person and easy to work with. The quality of the work was great, he stayed within the allocated budget and was flexible with reasonable changes (e.g. he put in a skylight when we had originally agreed to a window in the new bathroom).Since he had a van, he helped us pickup a grill from the local Lowe's and also helped pickup material that I needed to setup a shed (the Shed was not part of his contract). Overall, we are satisfied with his work and would recommend him to others.
