We have visited this facility twice in the past 12 months. The first time was for an injury (a metal object was stuck into the bottom of my daughters foot). The care was fantastic! They were patient and caring. They took xrays to locate how far the object was in and then decided if they could remove it or if I needed a referral to the ER. I took my 8 year old son there last night with stomach virus symptoms to rule out the possibility of strep or flu. The wait was not too bad. When we were taken back to an exam room, the nurse was very friendly and helpful and got the strep and flu tests running right away. He then saw a Nurse Practitioner there, Chanel, who was very friendly and through. She recognized the easily missed symptoms of appendicitis and sent us to the ER. These guys tried to bill me $600 for a flu shot -- no joke. It took them 18 months and many, many phone calls to straighten it out. They don't return phone calls -- they could care less about your insurance costs or credit rating. Go somewhere else.

We recently moved to Cary and had not yet selected a primary care provider. My daughter became sick and, remembering the "Urgent Care and Family Practice" sign I saw on High House Rd., we took her to the clinic.
