This whole thing has been a pain the butt. Terminix called me yesterday saying they couldn't tent my house without signing this document at 7pm the night before. I have called three times in the past month asking for info and they refused to give me any exact information. Now, today, im an hour and a half away from home; they call me saying they need a physical key even though my house is a key...

SHOULD BE 0 STARS! TERRIBLE SERVICE - ALL SHOULD BE FIRED FOR NOT DOING THEIR JOB. If they come, whatever they spray is not working and most of the time they even don't come but still charge you. TERMINIX 56th Sreet is the worst pest control company I have ever used. Do not waste your time or money with them. will not work out.

I would never use them again. Sold services that I didn't need. Installer came and told my wife we didn't need service then charged us $900+. I have been calling customer service since middle of month and still no resolution. Each time I get promised a call back.. no one EVER calls. But when you sign up for service they call right away.. figure that one out!!
