The only reason to use this company is if you love shelling out hundreds of dollars, but don't care if your HVAC system ever actually works. I have now "enjoyed" EIGHT visits to my home by Farnell employees written them over $1500 in checks, had multiple parts replaced (some I am now certain were not faulty to begin with), vacuumed gallons and gallons of water out of my attic, paid Alabama power $500 two months in a row (turns out the compressor was dying and it took Farnell five or six visits to figure that out), and yet I am sweltering through my second consecutive weekend without AirConditioning. Today was the first time we've heard from a manager, who only informed us that "there are no managers in town to help you this weekend" and "we can send someone out, but I don't know if you'll have to pay for a service call or not, it depends on if it's because of something we did." OF COURSE it's because of something you did. Your employees spend more time in my house than I do.
