Gerry Farmer likes to hide behind his receptionist...who just happens to be his mother. It is Mrs. Farmers job to relate the inflated and erroneous quotes to his customers over the phone. My Inspection was going to cost first $380, when I grudgingly agreed to that, the next day it shot up to $534.82. Amazingly, when I took it to another mechanic, my inspection cost $130...I just needed brake...

I've been taking my cars to Farmers for more than 30 years. It is great to have a repair shop where I can just leave the car and say "Fix it". It's comforting to have somebody I can trust. I think having a good mechanic is more valuable than even having a good doctor,
