I order a Hunter 52" Low Profile III ceiling fan from them back on 10/15/2008. I was sent an invoice via e-mail that told me the fan would ship on the 30th and they would send me a tracking number. They also charged my credit card at that time. The 30th passed and nothing. I sent them an e-mail via their site and they told me that Hunter was slow on shipping fans to their warehouse. They...
These people can not tell the truth! I ordered 10 ceiling fans from them on 10/07/08. They were to be shipped on 10/22/08. After numerous calls from me and numerous promises from them, I have still not received my fans as of 1/20/09. Also their 800 phone number is no longer in service. DO NOT order from these people!
