This has been the worst experience from any rental car company I have ever had. From start to finish this has been a nightmare. I had the unfortunate encounter with the Las Vegas airport return center that charges for another day for being slightly late even though I had confirmed that my rental was extended. The associate at the counter was completely incompetent, rude, and claimed her 29...
