Friend came here because other barber was full - bad idea! Stylist used a dull blade and hair sticks out. Save yourself from this place and go to a non-chain shop. Consider yourself warned.

My hair was ruined. I went in with long hair and left with short! I asked for 4-5 inches off came out with my hair 8 inches shorter. My hair as below my waist and now is barley to my bra strap! The hair cut itself is nice. Also went in with a coupon from ValPack which states Adult Cut $14* - Kids Cut $13* - Color $2.00 OFF *Offers Good Sun-Wed. Offers good at Los Gatos Salon ONLY. One coupon per customer. Coupons may not be combined with any other offer. Not valid with any other offer. Coupon void if altered. Expires 05/31/2010. They would not honor it since my hair is long.‎
