Candy is an awesome hair cutter!! After spending top dollar at high end salons for many years (I am now retired which tells you how long this has been going on) and getting less than great cuts often followed by bad cuts I saw a coupon for Fantastic Sams. I figured, "Why not?" Since my hair could not have looked worse than it did I decided to give Fantastic Sams a try. Thank God I did! Candy...
