i got a call from the new groomer thats at the shop. she offered me 15% off to come and give her a shot. i was soooo happy with the work she did to my lil poodle! he came out GREAT and Jessica the groomer was so friendly and really cared about my puppy's well being. the store looked great and i had a wonderful experience overall
I do NOT believe any of the posters with good reviews of this store. Rocco Garruto has been taken to court court so many times for FRAUD for selling sick dogs. Some have even died. He told a friend he was the breeder, wherinfact the dog came from an Amish puppy mills. Before making any pet purchases from ANY puppy store call the County Consumer Affairs. They know him very well.
I got my puppy Irvin from here...silly name I know. I was looking for a male wheaton terrier when I went in there but they didn't have any. They told me they could order one for me and at first I was alittle nervous to do that but then they called the breeder and got me a picture of the puppy, his birth date how much he weighed and the weights of the mom and dad. I felt a lot more comfortable with that. I know another place that offered to order one for me but they were not able to provide any of that information. The two ladies that helped me where amazing they went into such great detail about the breed and training and even other breeds I could consider. They REALLY knew what they were talking about. I think in fact the one girl was a vet. tech. for a really long time. Well I did order my puppy and I am so happy with him. He's exactly what we talked about and I still have his pic from even before we met hanging on my wall. He's too cute for words and just the love of my life. I wish every experience I had and will have with making a purchase goes this well. I would highly reccomend them to anyone. I can't say enough good things!
I went into this place for the first time about 3 months ago. I purchased a little boy Morkie (a maltese/yorkie) and he has been amazing. I recently took him back to visit and the store looked great they told me they are in the middle of a renovation. Everyone in there is very nice and they know their stuff. My Buddy has been healthy and a good boy. I am very pleased.
Negative stars. This store sells puppy mill puppies. Stop the cycle of cruelty.
Well here we go again. First I would like to say I was there yesterday and the place smelt like, well we know what puppies do, the cages were all dirty. The floors were un-swept and I seen ROACHES crawling on the floor, the counters had water and crud on them. As I was walking in I noticed a New Management sign, well I guess that is OK if you like the criminal type. I took the liberty to see if...
Fancy Pups is an animal store which sells puppies. Its prices are a bit steeper than other shops because it sells only purebred puppies. The service is friendly, and the staff lets you spend hours with the puppies before making a decision on which one to take home.
