I signed up with Family Home Pest Control for them to take care of my carpenter ants and rodents. I have been with them now for 2 years, and couldn't ask for better service. They always call me to schedule the appointments, and ask how everything is going. The past few months, I think they must have started some kind of retention program, because I get a Thank You card for just being their customer. Last year, I referred my neighbors, and Family Home Pest gave us a free gift set of really nice knives. I would recommend them to anyone needing effective pest control in Portland,and that wants great service to go with it. Pros: friendly technicians, customer service, their treatments work Cons: wish they woud use natural products, but heard they don't work as effectively
I finally have no more ants. It took me four companies and three years to finally get them gone. These guys are amazing. Always on time, never try to sell you things you don't need. Excellent service from all employees.
