Horrible repair shop

They did a repair on my window. I took it back with problems and the owner refused to admit it was not installed right. He is very rude. I can't believe how he talks to people. I would never refer them to anyone.

I have been taking my vehicles to Falls Run Car care for 6 years, and they continue to be a reliable and trustworthy vendor. I have never felt taken advantage of, and in general the work has been high quality. I recommend them.
