Falls at Marina bay is beautiful I love living there but I do think is a little overpriced since I really don't use all the amenities. They have an ok gym, a sauna, they have a computer room that I barely use but if you need to do a school project or print something out it is very useful, they also have raquetball court which I really don't use either. I love the pool area I think is beautiful...

I'm happy with very thing here I've got mix emotional about outside vendors like exterminators carpet cleaners etc workers in & out with keys given to go to the Apts alone no escort I'm home waiting to get my carpet clean two man off the street walking pass with keys to my house I'm out unaware in hard times like this paying people $8 P.H you think sooner or later they not going to rob your...

This management does not communicate with what is going on with the resident; several times I came home with threatening letter on my door... As well as, the apartment is out dated from the 1980’s, I just moved to the Falls of Marina Bay Jan 2012, what a big Mistake… I have had problems with ants, beetles, centipedes and other outside bugs coming into the apartment. Now I have an issue with Mildew/ Mold or some strange smell !!!!!!!! The apartment are very dark and without lighting fixtures that you would expected for the money you pay for rent…..I wish I had sign a 6 month lease….I want...
