Falafel Palace

An "always satisfying" "falafel shack" near Cal State Northridge, this little "joint" turns out "tasty" Med–Middle Eastern fare that stirs up "cravings"; sure, it's a "hole-in-the-wall", but customers agree "there's a reason it's been there forever."

The place is really clean on the inside and the food is very fresh. The falafel's are probably some of the best I've ever tasted. I had the Mezze platter, but if I did that again I would probably customize what I put in it because I don't care for some of the dips.

No way was I prepared for what I got at Falafel Palace. Parking was a little limited, but not bad. You order from an overhead menu from pitas, falafel (of course!), gyro's and salads. I ordered pick up from here. The guy on the phone/register was totally useless.. He didn't know what was going on and couldn't even put in the order right. But the food was good.

First timer here..The falafel plate was excellent. Not over seasoned or too dry. The fresh pitas were also done right. The staff was very kind and even gave me a sample of something to try after...
